Booking:  A signed contract and down deposit of $250 officially books your day (cash or check made payable to: Elite Beat Deejays, Inc.).  The original contract goes to us and a copy goes to the client.  The rates depend on factors: location of your wedding (some wedding sites have limitations on rates) and time of year.  Peak months (April-October) would be more expensive than non-peak months (November-March).  Call or e-mail us for a free quote.

Information Pages:  These pages are vital to the success of your day.  They’re the 6 page info sheets Elite Beat Deejays would like for you to fill out and send in to us at least one month before your event date.  These pages let us know specifically who is in your wedding party, the make up of your crowd, the order of events, and your music preferences.

One Month Prior To Your Date:  Information pages must be sent in.
One Week Before Your Event:  Your final payment is due and can be in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, cash, or check (made payable to: Elite Beat Deejays, Inc.).
